What's better than photographing a beautiful, authentic, and sweet couple on their wedding day? Photographing them AGAIN when they bring their first child into the world! A newborn session is like no other. Whether you’ve had a baby before or not, you know that babies only stay little for so long… Which is why I cherish every single time parents ask me to photograph them with their newborn.

I had the honor of photographing Eleni and Lu twice: once on their wedding day, and then again when they introduced me to their precious newborn baby boy, Luca. Eleni and Lu welcomed me into their beautiful home, allowing me to capture sweet moments of them simply loving on their son. We spent our time slowly moving through their house, laughing, talking, and documenting moments in the very rooms that will gradually feel more and more like home to little Luca as he grows up.

We spent a fair amount of time in the family’s stunning plant room because the light was just so delicious that I couldn’t help but linger and snap photos. What a joy it is to spend uninterrupted time with families like this who love their children immensely and care to document these quiet, brief moments for the years to come.
